ALBANIAN ALPS RUN

ROAM Projects is organizing another running/hiking trip to the Albanian Alps for 2024. Multiple days of adventure in this amazing country (7 days total) will be spent seeing some of the most beautiful mountains and trails in the world.

Our adventure takes place in Theth Valley in the Albanian Alps. The town of Theth is known by foreign tourists as the Last Paradise of Europe. It is a village located in northern Shala Valley nestled in Theth National Park which was established in 1966 to protect the ecosystem, biodiversity, cultural and historical heritage of the region.

The running/hiking tour takes you from mountain guesthouse to mountain guesthouse throughout the valley and along the Alps. The small group includes two local guides as well as a representative from ROAM Projects. Distances range from 7-15 miles each day.
